WITH GLB ESTATES BECOMING A TENANT IS EASY AS 1, 2, and 3.

  • Select the property/properties you would like to view. Your viewing will be accompanied by a GLB representative who will bring along your tenant guide.
  • If the property is for you simply complete the application form found in your tenant guide and return to GLB estates together with your holding deposit. (non refundable)
  • Once all relevant paperwork is completed a mutual date of entry is agreed. On this date you will be required to sign your tenancy agreement, pay your ‘start up’ monies and collect your keys.

Application Process

To complete referencing and credit checks, the following supporting information will be required along with the completed application form;

  • Proof of signature
  • Proof of income
  • Proof of residence
  • Proof of I.D
  • Previous Landlord reference if applicable and/or character reference
  • Further support documents and/or a guarantor maybe required in certain cases.

Subject to referencing being acceptable and credit checks completed successfully you can expect to move into your new home in 5-10 working days.
On or the day before you move in you will be required to pay your ‘start up’ monies, which will need to be in cleared funds, see below for breakdown of monies to be paid.

  • Property Rent

  • Admin and Referencing fee.
  • Minus the holding deposit paid at the beginning of the application process.
